However, there is remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is deliver to you. In such cases when your ordered item is damaged during transit or wrong item is delivered to you, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of item is made by you within 24 hours from the receipt of the delivery and in case we are not able to replace the ordered product, we will offer option to select from any other items or else we may refund you the amount within 7 working days after we receive your account details. The courier charges incurred in returning the damage pcs will be borne by us.

Returns would not be accepted for stitched items. If you are getting Garment (Blouse, Lehenga or Sherwani etc.) stitched to your size than return is not possible.
All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Youcannot return the discounted items.
Never send back an item without consulting with us. It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
Always report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects / variations.
As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send through reliable courier agency (PROFFESSIONAL COURIERS, FedEx ACCEPTED FOR RETURN) only and forward the tracking details to us and keep the airway bill till it gets delivered to us.
